What should I do about cosmetic damage at the house?
Please send us a Request through the Resident Center.
- If the damage was existing at move-in, we will notate your account, so that you aren’t charged for the damage when you move out.
- If the damage was caused during your Lease, provide a description of the damage and the location details. We can arrange to have the damage repaired. The cost may be charged to your account or may need to be paid to the service person when they perform the repair.
Please don’t repair any damage yourself or hire someone to repair the damage. Many times, those repairs are not completed to our quality level and additional costs may be incurred to undo the work and repair the original damage.Share this information:
