Why are my towels bars/toilet paper holders loose or coming off the wall?

Too much pressure or weight on the towel bars or toilet paper holders can cause them to become loose.  Over time, these items will become more loose and can come of the wall, causing a hole.  Send us a Request through the Resident Center, as soon as you notice that the towel bar or toilet paper holder is loose.
