Why is the icemaker in the refrigerator not working?

The icemaker may not make ice for several reasons.

1. The icemaker can be turned on and off. Find the power switch for the icemaker, which can be located on the icemaker or in the refrigerator.  If the power switch is in the off position, change it to the on position.  The icemaker will require a few hours to fill the icemaker.
2. The icemaker requires water to make ice. If the water to the house has been turned off or disconnected, the icemaker will not continue to make ice.  Once the water has been turned back on or re-connected, the icemaker will resume making ice.

If the icemaker is still not making ice, submit a Request through the Resident Center.
