Why are the exterior lights not working? Who changes the exterior light bulbs when they burn out?

The exterior light bulbs will burn out over time.  We will replace those light bulbs.  Please send us a Request through the Resident Center, including the location of the light.  Since many of our exterior lights are on dusk-to-dawn sensors, a specific location description makes it easier to determine the correct light bulb to replace.
