How do I send a Request or message through the Resident Center?

Log into the Resident Center. Click on the Requests button. On a mobile device, the Request button is under the Menu button.

  1. Subject: Provide a brief description of the issue (ie, Leak under sink)
  2. Message: Provide a detailed description of the issue. If the Message is about a repair, include the exact location of the repair (ie, The sink in the master bedroom is leaking under the cabinet).
  3. Add attachments: Provide photos or other attachments about the issue. If using a mobile device, photos from your mobile device can be uploaded.

Once your Request is received, we can communicate back through the Resident Center, with questions and a response about your issue. When the issue has been resolved, the Request will be closed.

Please address one issue per Request. If you have multiple issues, please complete multiple Requests.

You can send Requests about Lease questions, payment issues, maintenance repair issues, and resident-caused repairs.

All Requests are shared with all Residents on Lease, so don’t send private information through the Requests on the Resident Center. Instead, send an email directly to us at admin@weimerproperties.com.
