All About the Lease
After completing Rental Applications, the next steps are signing the Lease and paying the Security Deposit. To modify your Lease, send a Request through the Resident Center.
Move-in Process
Before moving into your Weimer Properties home, please activate utilities for your home, pay rent, and schedule a time to pick up keys. Welcome!!
Move-out Process
Please review your Lease for your termination notice requirements. When you move out, please leave your house clean, return all keys and other access devices, and complete the Security Deposit Refund Form.
Our Rental Process
Email us to schedule a time to see our Available Homes. After deciding on a home, each roommate should complete a Rental Application to sign the Lease.
