How do we schedule a time to see a home?

Please email us at admin@weimerproperties.com, with the address(es), and the day and time that works best for your group.  Its best to schedule a time that EVERYONE in your group can come together.  We answer lots of rental-related questions at the showings.

We have friends living in the house.  Do you need to schedule a showing?

It depends.  If your whole group is ready to move forward, you can complete Rental Applications.  If you would like to see the house with us to answer questions, please let us know, so we can schedule a time with the current residents.  

Can we see a home before it is empty and while it has residents living there?

Yes, definitely.  Most of our homes are rented prior to vacancy.

Can we view a home at anytime?

Showings are scheduled throughout the week, generally between 10am and 7pm.  Since we give our residents notice prior to showing their home, please contact us at least a day before you would like to see a home.

How many times can we see the home?

As a courtesy to our current residents, we try to minimize the amount of times that we come into their home.  If you will have multiple people living together, please try to schedule a time that EVERYONE can come together.  It will also make it easier for the group to make a decision.

Can we view a home at the same time that another group is viewing the home?

Yes, many times there is more than one group looking at a home.  However, even if there are multiple groups, we will spend time with each group, answering questions.

Can we view multiple home, while we have our group together?

Absolutely!  Let us know which homes you would like to view, so they can be scheduled together.
