What homes do you have available? When will you know which homes will be available?

You can search for both All Homes and Available Homes from the Homes search on our homepage.

All Homes

• All of our homes are included in this search, including those that are available for rent and those that are currently leased.
• Provides photos, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a complete description.
• Useful to learn more about a home that you are interested in renting but is not yet available for rent.

Available Homes

• Only homes that are available for rent are included.
• Available homes are indicated with a purple banner that includes “Available” and the price.
• Provides monthly rent, available date, photos, bedrooms, bathrooms, and a complete description.
• Useful to find homes that are ready to be rented.

When do homes become available?

Our current residents are provided an opportunity to renew their Lease.  If the home is not renewed, that home will be listed as “Available,” with the monthly rent and available date.

Our Lease term in the TCU area is from June 1st through May 25th, to coincide with graduation dates.

How can I be notified when a home has become available?
