How do I pay rent?

Except for the month that you move in, rent is due on the 1st (first) day of the month. On the month that you move in, rent is due on the Commencement Date of your Lease.

The Resident Center sends automatic statement. The statement will show the rent that is due for the entire home. If the full rent amount is not paid by the third day of the month, everyone on the Lease will be notified that the full rent has not been received and that late fees are accruing.

The following rent payment options are available:

Cash

• Please place in an envelope with your name and address on the outside.
• You may deliver to our home office. Please text us, if no one is available to accept your payment.

Check

• We accept one check per home. Please coordinate with your roommates, if more than one person would like to use a check for payment.
• Please include your address on the memo line.
• You may deliver the check to our home office or mail the check. Please ensure that the check is delivered by the 1st day of the month.
• If we receive the check prior to the 1st day of the month, we will not deposit the check until the 1st day of the month.

Certified funds

• Please include your address on the memo line.
• You may deliver the certified funds to our home office or mail the check.

Automatic bill-pay

• Please use your address as your account number.
• Please send to our home office.
• Generally requires several days, up to a week, to reach the recipient

Resident Center

• Provides the option to use electronic check (eCheck) or credit card
• You may make single monthly payments or schedule recurring payments
• Please make a single one-time payment for your first rent payment. Schedule recurring rent payments for subsequent months.
• Can be scheduled for the same day

If you know that you will have an issue paying rent, please contact us as soon as possible. We can work with you on a solution more effectively, if we are notified before significant late fees begin accruing.
