What do I do about a problem that I found when I moved in?
Generally, when tenants move-in, there are two different types of problems:
- Repairable items
- Non-repairable items
For both of these issues, please send us a Message through the Tenant Portal. For repairable items, we will schedule a repair. For non-repairable items, we will notate those items in your account, so that you are not charged for those items upon move-out. However, we take photos during every move-out, so we are generally aware of non-repairable items, so that they are not charged to new tenants.Share this information:
