How do we schedule a time to pick up keys? Can we move-in earlier or later than our Commencement date?

Please send a Request through theResident Center with your preferred key pick up time.  They are available after 8am on your Lease Commencement date from our home at 6412 Inca Road. Only one person needs to be present to pick up keys.

Can we move-in earlier than our Commencement Date?
During the time that our outgoing residents move-out and our incoming residents move-in, we are very busy getting the house to our standard of move-in readiness. We complete any cleaning, touch-up the paint, re-key the locks, and perform any other general maintenance that is necessary.

The only way that moving in early is possible is if the outgoing residents vacate early, giving us possession of the house prior to the end of their lease end date. We require 5 days for the make-ready process. If the outgoing residents plan to be out early, please have them contact us. We need to schedule our people to complete make-ready early.

Can we move-in later than our Commencement Date?
Yes, but please let us know! We will adjust your air conditioning to minimize utilities during the time that no one is living in the home. Reminder: please make sure that your rent is paid and that your required utilities are active by your Commencement date.
